What is your policy for returns?
  • Since each item is made to order, we do not offer returns. If you have a concern with your order, please email kckustomco@gmail.com and put RETURNS in the subject line. If the item is a non-customized item, please email and put RETURN in the subject line and we can send a return label and you will receive store credit.

What do you use to attach the patches? What do I do if a patch would start to come off?

  • The patches are attached with an industrial adhesive. If a patch were to start to come off please email kckustomco@gmail.com and put PATCH ATTACHMENT in the subject line.

What is the cost of patches/letters? Are they free?

  • The cost of each patch/letter is $5 each. Please pay for each patch/letter you select. If the incorrect number of patches are purchased, you will receive an email to pay for the remainder of the patches. Your order has the potential to be cancelled or delayed as a result.

What is your turn around time for bags?

  • We guarantee your order will ship out within 7 business days (ie: not Saturday or Sunday). If you need your order quicker than that, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to honor that request. 

Do you offer any discounts?

  • We offer the majority of our discounts through the influencers we partner with. Check around this website and our @kckustomco influencer to look for some of them. 

I am an influencer and interested in partnering with you, what should I do?

  • We enjoy partnering with a variety of people with a variety of followings. Please don't ever hesitate to reach out! Our goal is to bring fun colors and sparkles to as many people as possible, so please reach out! We often ask what items you think would be best for your personal day-to-day use, in hopes that you will continue to share.
